Bryan Bros are taking the world by storm with a viral mixture of talent and golf trickery! These two South Carolinians have been turning heads since they became viral nearly a year ago. Working off each other, they can turn happenstance into legendary using golf clubs in ways the pros could never have imagined.
It seems like a mixture of acrobatics and uncanny skill – but it’s obvious when you watch Wesley bounce a golf ball off his wedge into the colliding force of his brother’s driver that these two had already proven themselves in the world of professional golf.
And they are.

MAKING GOLF FUN AND LUCRATIVE

George Bryan achieved the University of South Carolina’s record for career best scoring.  His brother came in sixth – still quite an impressive feat for a university with a nationally acclaimed collegiate golf program.

However, even with remarkable pro golf careers ahead for both of them – the world of PGA golf tournaments isn’t as smooth a ride as, say, the NFL or NBA.  Whereas the world of professional football and basketball offer lucrative contracts, signing bonuses and plenty of benefits – the US golf tour circuit doesn’t.
While professional golfers like Luke Donald gross nearly seven million annually, the median is somewhere closer to ~$16,000/year.  Not included in those numbers are the various association fees pro golfers have to pay in order to even compete.  They are also incumbent for all their own expenses when it comes to lodging, food, and equipment.
For the few who manage to score lucrative advertising deals with outfitters, there’s ways to bring additional money in the pot, but for beginners with real talent – it can be like getting trapped in a sandpit of initial expenses.

APPROACHING GOLF FROM A DIFFERENT ANGLE

These brothers recognized they had a talent for setting up some amazing trick shots involving basketball nets, juggling, and even footballs.  While they make it look easy, it doesn’t take too long to see what happens when the average golfer attempts it.
In order to build up the commercial revenue necessary to compete with the pros, both the Bryan Bros have created a series of videos demonstrating the different sorts of trick shots they’ve come up with.
However, because they’ve been so focused on drumming up the attention they so rightly deserve, Wesley recently admitted in a Golf Digest interview, “I’ll have a tee shot and I’ll think if I threw the ball up and hit it, I’d have no problem hitting the fairway. If you can’t hit a fairway when the ball is just sitting there on a tee, you might as well go home.”

SPORTSMANSHIP MEETS SHOW BUSINESS

The Bryan Bros are building quite a fan base, and pro golfers and companies are taking a keen interest in their development.  It’s even drawn the interest of international product manufacturers such as Taylor Made – who recently sponsored this Bryan Bros review.
Added to that with an impending endorsement from British golf clothing outfitter King’s Crossing, both Wesley and George are looking at becoming a part of more than just the US professional circuit.
But will these two talented golf tricksters go full force into the world of professional golf once all the monetary constraints have been stripped away or will they continue to be a tour de force in terms of golf entertainment?
This certainly is an excellent question as PGA desperately looks for show stoppers like Tiger Woods to bolster their flagging numbers.  Will the International Federation of PGA tours step up and take on the face of potentially a new generation of golf or will the Bryan Brothers have to fight their way into the limelight on the back of fame earned in its own right?
In the meantime, enjoy some crazy trick shots.
